Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side (such as a damaged or incorrect item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- a clear photo of the issue
We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Used or opened skincare products
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Orders returned without prior approval
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, refunds will be issued and a new order can be placed separately.
